Four people including two youths charged in northern Alberta fatal fire

Four people are charged in the death of a 31-year-old man after a fatal house fire in northern Alberta in early May.

Police had previously charged 19-year-old Ramsey Carifelle with manslaughter, aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm. Now 24-year-old Dylan Moberley-Horseman is charged with the same offences, said a Tuesday news release.

Peace Regional RCMP have also charged two youths, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Mounties found the body of Marvin Nahachick Jr. after responding to a report of an early-morning house fire on May 9 in Cadotte Lake, located about 450 kilometres north of Edmonton.

Carifelle and Moberley-Horseman, who are both from the small community, are to appear in provincial court in Peace River on May 29.
